This force plays a pivotal role in the economy , participating in the production of diverse products: handicraft groups, agricultural - forestry - aquatic and food processing groups, industrial products, rural industrial products, etc.
Changing awareness, boldly investing in resources, infrastructure, technology, along with the State's support policies have created a driving force for the private economic sector to build brands, bring Ha Tinh products to the domestic market and participate in the export chain. A series of "made in Ha Tinh " products such as: pharmaceuticals, pure tea, rice, fiber, packaging, seafood, wood chips... have been present in many countries, including "difficult" markets such as: the US, UK, Japan, Korea...
In operation since 2017, Tran Chau Construction Investment Company Limited (Bac Cam Xuyen Industrial Park) has launched a series of industrial construction materials products such as: Tran Chau unburnt bricks (building bricks, Terazo paving bricks), precast components (box culverts, round culverts), ready-mixed concrete... These product lines are uniformly manufactured according to German, Korean and Italian technology, recognized as national standards, and widely consumed in the North Central market. On May 4, 2025, the Politburo issued Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on private economic development with many practical and close support policies, which will create motivation for private enterprises and production and business households in Ha Tinh to continue to realize plans, expand their scale of operations, enhance their brands, and increase product value.
Accordingly, Ha Tinh will continue to accompany the private economy through policies to support access to land, infrastructure, science and technology, access to "cheap" loans... to facilitate the process of deep penetration into the market economy.
Accompanying the private sector in terms of market and trade promotion, the Department of Industry and Trade of Ha Tinh will continue to survey and work with businesses and business households to grasp difficulties and obstacles, and advise the Provincial People's Committee on timely solutions.
