Signing of coordination regulations between the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy and the Standing Committee of Bao Yen District Party Committee

On the afternoon of May 16, in Bao Yen district, the Party Committee of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy organized the signing of the coordination regulations between the Party Committee of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy and the Standing Committee of Bao Yen District Party Committee.

Comrade Duong Hung Yen, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy and Comrade Hoang Quoc Bao, Secretary of the District Party Committee co-chaired the signing ceremony.

Attending and witnessing the signing ceremony were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

At the program, the two sides agreed to build coordination regulations in 6 areas including: Coordination in Party building and political work; coordination in building, promulgating and implementing leadership documents, directing internal affairs, preventing corruption, negativity and judicial reform; coordination in propagating, disseminating and educating the law; coordination in preventing and combating crimes and law violations; coordination in leading the handling and resolution of serious and complicated cases and incidents of public concern, corruption and negativity cases and incidents; coordination in organization and personnel work; coordination in leading and directing the creation of favorable conditions to support facilities, equipment, working means and funding to improve the operating conditions of the People's Procuracy.

Each content clearly stipulates the responsibilities of the Party Committee of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy and the responsibilities of the Standing Committee of Bao Yen District Party Committee to implement each coordination content.

At the conference, delegates discussed some contents of the coordination regulations.

Speaking at the conference, the Chief Prosecutor of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy and the Secretary of Bao Yen District Party Committee agreed to direct the specialized agencies of the Provincial People's Procuracy and Bao Yen District to seriously implement the contents of the proposed regulations; periodically review, evaluate and supplement and adjust annually to ensure effective implementation of the regulations, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

The signing of the coordination regulations clearly demonstrates the responsibility and further strengthens the coordination between the Standing Committee of Bao Yen district and the Party Committee of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy in performing their functions, tasks and powers, actively contributing to the cause of socio -economic construction and development, ensuring political security, order and social safety in the locality.
