The largest dried fish village in Ca Mau is busy preparing for Tet.

For decades, the dried fish industry in Cai Doi Vam town (Phu Tan district, Ca Mau province) has been maintained. This is considered the largest dried sea fish village in Ca Mau province. Currently, the whole town has more than 130 enterprises and households producing and trading dried fish, most concentrated in clusters 3, 4, 5 and 6. During the days before Tet, this place is more bustling and busy, each facility hires 5-10 workers to dry fish, the average salary of workers is from 200,000-300,000 VND/day.
