Faced with the rapid development of AI, experts advise workers to proactively cultivate this skill to avoid the risk of unemployment.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming an increasingly important part of the digital economy . To avoid the risk of falling behind and unemployment, many workers are proactively learning to supplement their knowledge, skills and update new trends.

According to online learning platform Coursera, in Vietnam, on average every 4 minutes someone joins a course on AI. Currently, the total number of learners in Vietnam on this platform has exceeded 1.8 million, growing about 22% per year.

Vocational training programs should have practical content, improving working skills on digital platforms and automation...

Encourage lifelong learning. The government and businesses need to develop mechanisms to support workers in participating in additional training courses and continuously improve their skills. Human resource development funds, internal training programs of businesses and policies to encourage workers to learn on their own will help build a flexible workforce that is ready to adapt to AI.

Create a working environment that encourages innovation and AI application. In addition to investing in digital infrastructure and equipment, businesses need to build a culture that encourages employees to experiment, share experiences and initiatives to apply AI...
