Promote agricultural production training, expand livelihoods to reduce poverty

For 3 days (from December 1 to 3, 2025), Bao Ha commune organized a training course on "Guiding knowledge on growing area codes and agricultural product packaging facility codes for export code holders and farmers to meet export market requirements" in 2025.

The training course was attended by 70 trainees who are producers and farmers from the villages of Nhai Tho, Nhai Ten, AB, Tap, Hong Cam and Bong 4. This activity aims to help people understand the regulations, standards and procedures to participate in production chains for export, expand consumption opportunities and increase income.

At the training course, the trainees were introduced by experts about the registration process, management and maintenance of growing area codes, packaging facility codes, traceability requirements and new regulations in quality control when participating in the official export market. Thereby, with the newly updated knowledge, the academies will apply it to actual production, expand market opportunities and gradually shift from traditional farming to commodity production.

People are guided through the process of registering, managing and maintaining growing area codes and packaging facility codes.

It is known that in 2025, Bao Ha commune organized 11 agricultural training courses with 510 participants, of which 9 classes instructed on fertilizer use techniques for 405 students, helping people know how to apply fertilizer in a balanced way, reduce input costs and improve soil fertility. At the same time, 1 class on organic cinnamon planting and care techniques was organized for 35 students, supporting the sustainable development of local key crops, increasing income value.

The synchronous organization of training and technical training activities has helped the local government effectively implement the goal of poverty reduction and improving people's lives according to the orientation of the new rural construction program and local livelihood development support policies. Thereby, contributing to improving farmers' production capacity, creating more jobs, improving income and sustainable poverty reduction, aiming to build Bao Ha into a locality that develops agriculture in the direction of safety, quality and high efficiency.
