At the ceremony, the two localities approved and signed a Memorandum of Understanding on twinning with the common goal of linking, cooperating, and sharing experiences to maximize the potential and advantages of each locality, helping each other develop, and improving the quality of material and spiritual life of the people.

In 2026, the two units agreed to focus resources and experience to implement practical activities in two core areas (cooperation in digital transformation and cooperation in social security). In particular, focusing on cooperation with contents such as: exchanging and supporting the operation of information technology infrastructure and the process of implementing digital transformation in state management, especially in the operation of the two-level local government model; rotating officials, civil servants, and public employees with expertise in information technology and digital transformation to directly support the twinned units; organizing training courses for people on how to use online public services, apply electronic identification and digital platforms.

In addition, mobilize common resources to support the construction of solidarity houses, organize medical examination and treatment, and provide medicine for people in Nam Ka commune; share experiences, mobilize resources to support and help in the work of preventing and overcoming damage caused by natural disasters and epidemics; mobilize educational equipment, books, and scholarships for poor students overcoming difficulties in Nam Ka commune...

At the ceremony, the representative of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Buon Ma Thuot ward presented 100 million VND to support Nam Ka commune to overcome the consequences caused by storms and floods.
