Making

- Boil pork belly until cooked. Then wait for the meat to cool down, then slice into thin, bite-sized pieces.

- Boil water then add shrimp and steam for 5 minutes until cooked. Wait for the shrimp to cool then peel and remove the black vein on the shrimp body. Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise or leave whole depending on your preference.

- Wash green onions, remove roots and put in boiling water to cook and toughen.

- Wash lettuce and herbs and soak in salt water to ensure safety.

- Crush garlic. Roast peanuts, crush. Wash chili, cut into small pieces.

- Place the lettuce on a tray, add some vermicelli noodles in the middle, add a slice of meat, half or a whole shrimp, herbs and roll tightly. Use the blanched onion to tie it tightly.

- Prepare the dipping sauce: Put the crushed garlic in the pot and sauté until fragrant. Add the ground liver and stir-fry until cooked, add more soy sauce and sugar, season to taste.

- Finally, arrange the lettuce rolls on a plate. Pour the dipping sauce into a bowl, add the prepared chili and roasted peanuts on top. Garnish with a few sprigs of herbs or grated carrots.

Note:

- The fresher the prawns, the more delicious and firm they are. Steam the prawns until just cooked. If overcooked, the prawns will lose their characteristic sweet and delicious taste.

- You can replace the pork belly with lean shoulder meat if your family doesn't like fatty meat, but the rolls will be best when using pork belly because the lean and fat parts will keep the rolls from being dry.

- Choose fresh lettuce to make the rolls look more delicious.

- Heat cooking oil in a pan, fry the spring rolls until cooked, then put them on a plate and it's done.

Ingredient:

Making:

- Wash lettuce stems, cut into thin strips.

- Wash pork, cut into thin strips. Then add oyster sauce, starch, salt to the meat, stir well and set aside.

- Add a little salt and chicken broth to the vegetables and stir-fry well. Then add the cooked pork to the pot, stir-fry 7-8 times and then remove from heat. You can sprinkle green onions for more color.
