
The event, organized by Global Sources Company, attracted more than 2,200 exhibitors from many countries and territories such as the US, Canada, China, Hong Kong (China), Korea and Southeast Asian countries, including Vietnam.
Within the framework of the exhibition, the launching ceremony of the Vietnam booth took place on October 18. Visitors had the opportunity to explore products belonging to Vietnam's key export sectors such as handicrafts, industry, beauty, fashion and household appliances. Participating enterprises include Gia Long, Minh Giang Craft, KSA Polymer, Khai Phong Wood, Vanglung Rattan, SHDC Electronics Company...

Speaking to a VNA reporter in Hong Kong, Ms. Vu Thu Huong, representative of the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME) - Head of the Vietnamese business delegation at the exhibition - said the program is part of the trade promotion framework of the Trade Promotion Agency ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ). According to her, 13 typical businesses bring hundreds of unique products, from handmade gifts, kitchenware, environmentally friendly household products to high-end leather furniture and travel bags.
Mr. Le Song Hao, Director of SHDC Electronics Co., Ltd. - the only Vietnamese electronics company participating in the exhibition - said that the company designs and manufactures 100% “Made in Vietnam” high-tech electronic products, including circuit boards, multi-function chargers, home appliance control circuits and electronic components. The products are currently exported mainly to the US, and the company hopes to find more international partners at this event.

Mr. Hoang Phong, representative of Vanglung Rattan Company, said that the company has been operating in the rattan and bamboo industry for more than 20 years, exporting to the US, Europe, Korea and Brazil. This is the first time the company has participated in Global Sources in Hong Kong to promote its products and expand its export market.
This year, Global Sources 2025 brings together large-scale displays of mobile devices, wearables, smart home solutions, personal healthcare products, home appliances, and pet supplies. The “AI Pavilion” is also introduced for the first time, reflecting the trend of technology application in the global supply chain.

The exhibition is expected to attract more than 60,000 visitors, with a record number of visitors from emerging markets. The event will be divided into three phases: Phase 1 (October 11-14), Phase 2 (October 18-21) and Phase 3 (October 27-30).
