Man City and 4 player transfer targets
Man City are busy pursuing their treble ambitions but that does not mean Pep Guardiola's team has put their transfer plans on hold.
Mirror reported that Man City has planned a huge summer transfer spree, continuing to strengthen coach Pep Guardiola's squad.
The Blues have just won the Premier League for the third consecutive time and the fifth in the last six seasons, and are now preparing for the FA Cup final against MU on June 3 and the Champions League against Inter Milan at 2am on June 11.
Although being evaluated as a comprehensive team with superior strength, Man City will not stop but will continue to strengthen its power.
Specifically, according to the above source, Man City is targeting a number of top targets, with 4 names on the shortlist, including Mac Allister, Julio Enciso, Joshua Kimmich and Josko Gvardiol.
Brighton midfielder Allister is likely to leave this summer, with Manchester United and Liverpool also interested in the 2022 World Cup winner.
His teammate Enciso, 19, has impressed in the second half of the Premier League season and is considered to have great potential.
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich mainstay Kimmich, who has worked with coach Pep Guardiola, could provide more flexibility in the backline and Man City midfield, if he moves to the Etihad.
Gvardiola, who almost joined Chelsea from Leipzig in January, is a left-footed centre-back who Pep Guardiola sees as a good fit for his squad.
All four targets Man City are aiming for are not cheap, showing their ambition to dominate not only the Premier League but also Europe.
Man City will become the second English team after MU if they win the treble this season. Red Devils captain, coach Erik ten Hag declared that he and his students will prevent that from happening in the upcoming FA Cup final.

Bukayo Saka signs new contract with Arsenal until 2027
Saka has just signed a new contract with Arsenal until 2027, with his salary skyrocketing to £300,000/week.
Throughout the past time, Arsenal's leadership has been actively negotiating to keep Saka, as his previous contract expires in the summer of 2024.
Finally, the Gunners received good news, with Bukayo Saka agreeing to sign a new contract until 2027.
To get the nod from the England international, Arsenal raised Saka's salary to 300,000 pounds/week, the highest at the Emirates Stadium.
At 21, Saka is a bright young talent of the club, playing extremely well last season. He scored 13 goals in 37 appearances in the Premier League, along with 13 assists.
After renewing with the Gunners, Saka expressed: "I'm really happy. There have been a lot of negotiations over the past time and now I'm still sitting here.
Arsenal is the right club for me. Emirates is also the place to help me take the next step in my career.
Personally, my ambition is to win big trophies with Arsenal. I will try to set high limits for myself to become a top player."

Ronaldo is planning to join Newcastle
Spanish press reported that Cristiano Ronaldo is tired of the situation at Al-Nassr despite only signing the contract for a few months.
The Portuguese star wants to change the situation, specifically returning to European football this summer.
Ronaldo arrived in Saudi Arabia earlier this year and became the biggest signing ever made in the Persian Gulf country.
However, Ronaldo's time in the Gulf did not satisfy him, despite scoring 13 goals and providing two assists.
Al-Nassr's failures and conflicts with some members of the club's board of directors made Ronaldo want to leave.
Sport said Ronaldo wants to return to Europe with the two destinations he has outlined being Bayern Munich and Newcastle.
However, Bayern Munich did not want to sign the 38-year-old player. Moreover, coach Thomas Tuchel once prevented billionaire Todd Boehly from signing CR7 when he was still in charge of Chelsea.
Newcastle is considered the only environment that will welcome Ronaldo once he returns to the old continent.
Newcastle recently succeeded in winning a Champions League ticket. This is something Ronaldo really likes.
Crucially, Newcastle are also backed by a Saudi Arabian investment fund, meaning he would still be linked to the country if he were to move to St James' Park.
Ronaldo is the current record holder with 140 goals in the Champions League. CR7 is worried that Lionel Messi will surpass him if the Argentina captain continues to play in Europe.
