According to VNA, on the morning of December 8, 2025, in Tay Ninh , Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet attended the opening ceremony of the Tan Nam (Tay Ninh province) - Meun Chey (Prey Veng province) international border gate.
Following the opening ceremony, the two Prime Ministers held high-level talks.
