Myanmar fans beautify SEA Games 33
Having attended many congresses over the past 30 years, we have never seen such a small number of home fans coming to watch the matches at the SEA Games, especially for the king sport of men's and women's football, as in the past few days.
In addition to organizing fans to come to the stadium, the host country often "heats up" by organizing cheering forces for other countries to create cheering colors as well as make the SEA Games friendly and harmonious, creating the image of "being under one roof" among countries in the region.

However, Thailand has not done so for the 33rd SEA Games, and their fans are not that many. Just compared to neighboring Myanmar, the excitement of creating a vibrant sporting atmosphere in the stands of the Thai people is far behind. Especially in women's football. Although only 2 matches have passed, every match of the Myanmar women's team in Chonburi is packed with spectators with a fierce cheering style that "beats" the Thai people.

On the opening afternoon of December 5, more than 7,000 Myanmar fans lined up to enter the stadium, sitting almost completely in stands B and D, cheering continuously throughout the match to enthusiastically motivate the team to play against the Philippines. This afternoon, December 8, although the number of fans was a little less due to the fact that the opponent Malaysia was also "underdog", the stands were still bustling. This time, the organizers opened the doors of stand A4 for Myanmar fans to enter, possibly to avoid the harsh sunlight on the opposite side. And it was this cool weather and seating that made the fans excited.

All the fans cheered enthusiastically.

Many workers, maids or freelancers from Myanmar who live in Thailand came from areas in Chonburi, Bangkok or Phuket to watch. Although it was the first day of the week, they were a bit busy with work, but they still managed to come to the stadium in large numbers. Thun Khin Hwain said: "We love Myanmar women's football because the girls have made progress recently, especially when they won the runner-up position in the AFF Women's Cup in Vietnam in August. The important thing is that the way they play is more and more dedicated and attractive, so the fans love them very much and do not want to miss the opportunity to witness the team's matches."

Almost everyone stood crowded together from nearly 1 hour before the match until the match started, cheering loudly. With such strong love from the fans, Myanmar women's football had a solid foundation to help them play really well in Chonburi this time. As for the real fans, they "represented" the host to beautify the congress with vibrant, passionate, spirited, boiling and cute, funny images in the stands. They were the ones who made the atmosphere of women's football even hotter at this SEA Games.

Many girls and mothers brought their children to the stadium to cheer.
