Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, Ngo Vu Thang, visited and presented gifts to outstanding individuals from Ninh Binh who have made contributions to Ca Mau province.

To commemorate the 65th anniversary of the sister-province relationship between Ca Mau and Ninh Binh provinces (1960 - 2025), on the afternoon of December 7th, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang visited and presented gifts to exemplary Ninh Binh residents who have made significant contributions to their homeland of Ca Mau (currently residing in Tan Thanh ward, Ca Mau province).

The delegation visited Mr. Nguyen Van Hue (7 Hue), born in 1935, originally from Gia Vien, Ninh Binh, former Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Minh Hai province, currently living in Tan Thanh ward, Ca Mau province.

During the visit, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang cordially inquired about the health and living conditions of the people of Ninh Binh; and at the same time, expressed his appreciation for the contributions of the people of Ninh Binh to the revolutionary cause, the construction of Minh Hai province (formerly) as well as the socio -economic development of Ca Mau today.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang affirmed that these are extremely precious sentiments, demonstrating the unwavering friendship between North and South Vietnam in general, and Ca Mau and Ninh Binh in particular. This will be an important foundation for the two provinces of Ca Mau and Ninh Binh to continue long-term cooperation and development in all aspects in the current period.
