At the meeting, the representative of the Provincial People's Committee, Comrade Ha Trong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee reported the results of handling and responding to voters' opinions and recommendations before the 34th session of the 15th Provincial People's Council; the results of handling recommendations after supervision of the Provincial People's Council committees in the last 6 months of 2025.

Based on the contents presented at the previous session and discussed in groups, the Provincial People's Council delegates continued to discuss in the Hall, focusing on the implementation of the socio-economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security for the period 2021 - 2025 and 2025; plans and tasks for the period 2026 - 2030 and 2026; on the implementation of local budget revenue and expenditure in 2025; budget revenue estimates and allocation of local budget expenditure estimates in 2026.

Delegates commented that in 2025, the province's socio-economic situation has achieved a number of positive results, many targets have exceeded the assigned plan, which demonstrates great efforts in the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, departments, branches and localities. In the context of implementing the 2-level local government model with the whole country, Lai Chau province has promptly removed difficulties and obstacles for the commune level, resolutely arranged and streamlined the apparatus in a synchronous and effective manner in accordance with the direction of the Central Government; mobilized maximum resources to achieve the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, improving people's lives, taking care of the material and spiritual life of policy beneficiaries...
