At the meeting with the relatives of Heroic Martyr Phan Ngoc Hien, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Minh That expressed his deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of Heroic Martyr Phan Ngoc Hien, an outstanding son of the nation, who left a special mark in the history of the revolutionary struggle of the Party, army and people of Ca Mau in particular, and the South in general. The life and career of Heroic Martyr Phan Ngoc Hien is a shining symbol of patriotism, indomitable fighting spirit, and determination to overcome all hardships for the revolutionary cause of the nation.
Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Minh That kindly visited the families of martyrs, who continued to inherit and promote the revolutionary tradition of their families, contributing to the cause of building and developing their homeland; at the same time, he affirmed that the merits of Heroic Martyr Phan Ngoc Hien are always respected and remembered by the Party Committee, government and people of Ca Mau; and are the motivation for today's generations to continue to strive, preserve and promote the values of glorious revolutionary traditions.
Visiting and presenting gifts to relatives of heroic martyrs is one of the important gratitude activities of the province on the occasion of the 85th anniversary of Hon Khoai Uprising and the Revolutionary Tradition Day of the Party Committee, army and people of Ca Mau province (December 13, 1940 - December 13, 2025), contributing to honoring heroic martyrs and educating revolutionary traditions for the younger generation.
