The opening ceremony of the 33rd SEA Games will be held at Rajamangala Stadium, Thailand’s number 1 stadium and has hosted many important sporting and cultural events. This place can accommodate up to 50,000 people.
Initially, the host country Thailand planned to hold the SEA Games opening ceremony outside the stadium, inspired by the opening ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympics. However, due to many factors, the program was moved inside Rajamangala Stadium and held in the traditional style.
