Currently, many Asus gaming laptop models are discounted by 4-7 million VND at retail systems, with prices ranging from 14-21 million VND. In addition to Asus, Lenovo, HP, and Acer models also recorded higher discounts, 7-9 million VND compared to the listed price. Some high-end versions only saw a slight discount of 2-4 million VND.

However, the downside is the heavy weight and bulky size, causing inconvenience for those who need to move frequently.

Doan Quang Minh, a new student of the Faculty of Railways, University of Transport Technology, shared: “After learning from seniors, I realized that my major requires a computer powerful enough to serve my future studies, while also meeting my personal entertainment needs. Therefore, I chose a gaming laptop.”

According to Minh, this product line has many options and the price is quite suitable for the family's economic conditions.

Some products such as MacBook Air M2 (8GB RAM, 256GB SSD) are currently priced at 19.39 million VND, a reduction of up to 10 million VND compared to the listed price. The MacBook Air M4 version is reduced by 3 million VND, the price is now 26.99 million VND. Meanwhile, MacBook Pro models are adjusted less, fluctuating between 1-3 million VND.

For users with more limited finances, you can consider choosing thin and light laptop lines from Dell, LG, Acer, Redmi or MSI. These products are currently discounted by 3-8 million VND, bringing the common price down to about 7-20 million VND.

In addition to direct discounts on products, many retail systems also launch a series of attractive promotions for students, including backpacks, wireless mice, headphones or discount vouchers for future purchases.

Some systems even hold raffles to win MacBooks or computer monitors, creating extra appeal during the peak enrollment season.
