Model of "Friendly Government" and "Friendly Police" in Muong Luan commune.

Leaders of the Dien Bien Dong District Party Committee and People's Committee witnessed members of the Steering Committee of Muong Luan commune signing a commitment to compete in implementing the "Friendly Government" model.

To implement the pilot model of "Friendly Government" at the commune, ward, and town levels, the Dien Bien Dong District Party Committee established a Steering Committee for the pilot model at the district level and selected Muong Luan commune to build the pilot model of "Friendly Government" and "Friendly Police".

The Party Committee of Muong Luan commune established a Steering Committee, organized a review of criteria, and promptly supplemented and perfected the system of documents to ensure effective guidance and implementation. Simultaneously, they carried out repairs, arrangements, and improvements to infrastructure and equipment serving the activities, such as computers, internet access, bulletin boards, slogans, sample letters, office arrangements, cleaning of the premises, and pruning of ornamental plants. The Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune organized briefings, propaganda, and guidance for 100% of officials and civil servants on the contents related to the "Friendly Government" model, with the goal of "Making people satisfied as the ultimate objective."

Regarding the "Friendly Police" model, the Muong Luan Commune Police have publicly posted administrative procedures at their office; publicly displayed the phone numbers of the commune police chief, deputy chief, and officers. They have also established email addresses, Zalo accounts, and Facebook pages to receive feedback and suggestions from the public. This model aims to build a clean, strong, and competent Muong Luan Commune Police force with sufficient qualities, capabilities, and professional expertise to meet the requirements of ensuring security and order at the grassroots level, concretizing the goal of "Building a society that is orderly, disciplined, secure, safe, and healthy."

At the launch ceremony, the Steering Committee for the "Friendly Government" and "Friendly Police" models in Muong Luan commune signed a commitment to compete in their implementation.
