A notary office in Hai Duong was fined 25 million VND.

On July 23, information from the People's Committee of Hai Duong province said that Mr. Luu Van Ban, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had just signed a decision to impose an administrative fine of 25 million VND on Nguyen Thi Nhi Notary Office (on Ngo Quyen Street, Tue Tinh Urban Area, Binh Han Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province).

Previously, on June 19, the authorities inspected the above notary office and discovered that the office did not post the notice of acceptance of notarization of the inheritance division agreement before notarization.

Within 10 days from the date of receipt of the decision on administrative penalty, if the legal representative of Nguyen Thi Nhi Notary Office fails to pay the fine at the bank as prescribed, it will be subject to enforcement in accordance with the provisions of law.
