Consider the possibility of supporting exam fee reduction for disadvantaged candidates
Contributing to the workshop, Associate Professor Dr. To Van Phuong, Head of Training Department of Nha Trang University, pointed out the fact that students in localities were seriously affected by the recent floods. For example, according to the review of this university, about 30% of students have families severely affected by floods. Therefore, Associate Professor Phuong proposed that Ho Chi Minh City National University have a plan to exempt and reduce fees for students in difficult circumstances.
