Nam A Bank announces public bond offering

Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Nam A Bank - HOSE: NAB) offers 10,000,000 bonds to the public in the first phase, equivalent to VND 1,000 billion according to the Certificate of Registration for Offering No. 449/GCN-UBCKNN issued by the Chairman of the State Securities Commission on November 27, 2025.

This is a non-convertible bond, without warrants, without collateral, with a face value of VND 100,000/bond, a term of 7 years and interest payment period of 01 year/time.

The interest rate applied to the bonds is the floating interest rate, calculated by the reference interest rate plus a margin of 2.8% for the first 5 years and a margin of 3.4% for the last 2 years. The minimum number of registered purchases is 100 bonds, equivalent to VND 10,000,000 for individual investors and a minimum of 1,000 bonds equivalent to VND 100,000,000 for institutional investors. The expected issuance date is December 30, 2025. Investors can register to buy bonds at Nam A Bank's transaction points from December 8, 2025 to December 30, 2025.

The capital raised from the first public bond offering is expected to be used by Nam A Bank to increase tier 2 capital, meet the safety ratios of Nam A Bank's operations as prescribed by the State Bank, increase the scale of Nam A Bank's operating capital, supplement medium and long-term capital to serve Nam A Bank's credit needs; supplement compulsory reserves at the State Bank in case the capital raised from the issuance of Bonds is temporarily idle due to disbursement according to schedule, on the basis of ensuring compliance with the provisions of law on credit institutions and internal regulations of Nam A Bank.

As of September 30, 2025, the bank's total assets reached VND 377,089 billion, an increase of 53.83% compared to the end of 2024; equity also recorded an increase of 15.44%, from VND 19,289 billion to VND 22,267 billion.

Regarding the business results in the first 9 months of 2025, Nam A Bank's after-tax profit reached VND 3,042 billion, an increase of 15.22% over the same period in 2024 (reaching VND 2,640 billion). The main driving force for this growth comes from the promotion of lending activities, helping net interest income reach VND 6,289 billion, an increase of 6.12% over the same period (reaching VND 5,926 billion).

In addition, continuing to promote the development of digital banking products and improving customer convenience has contributed to maintaining a stable source of revenue from the bank's non-credit activities.
