State Bank of Region 13 plays a focal role in implementing the Regulation, focusing on handling problems related to credit and banking activities.

Representatives of the Department of Finance, Department of Industry and Trade and the Tay Ninh Provincial Business Association committed to accompanying the bank and highly appreciated the significance of the signing, considering this a practical solution to help the business community overcome difficulties in the context of many economic challenges.

Mr. Pham Minh Tu - Director of the State Bank of Vietnam Region 13, affirmed that this is an important initial step to create a favorable business environment, promoting sustainable development of enterprises in Dong Thap and Tay Ninh.

In the coming time, we will continue to closely coordinate with departments, branches and business associations to organize contacts, grasp capital needs, and handle difficulties in the borrowing process; at the same time, we will maintain regular work to specify the contents of the regulations.

At the Conference on Coordination and Support Regulations, Agribank Bac Long An Branch and Thang Loi Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company (Thang Loi Group) signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement. Accordingly, Agribank Bac Long An will provide a credit limit of VND 2,800 billion for The Win City project in Duc Hoa district, Tay Ninh province; at the same time, deploy banking products and services with preferential interest rate policies, contributing to the implementation of the province's housing development strategy.

Previously, the State Bank of Region 13 also coordinated with the Police of Dong Thap and Tay Ninh provinces - where the bank is managing credit institutions operating in the two provinces - to sign a coordination plan in ensuring security, order and the monetary and banking sectors in the area.

The two banking and police sectors of Dong Thap and Tay Ninh have assessed the crime situation, shared new methods and tricks, and agreed on many solutions to strengthen coordination in preventing, detecting, and handling violations.

The representative of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 13 branch, said that the signing of the Coordination Plan is considered an important step to strengthen the security and safety of banking operations, while creating a solid foundation for the credit institution system to confidently expand credit and support businesses in the context of many economic fluctuations.

“The State Bank of Vietnam Region 13 will continue to synchronously implement many programs in coordination with departments, branches and functional forces, from ensuring security and order to promoting production and business. This is also an important basis to help the region improve the effectiveness of supporting businesses, improving credit quality and socio-economic development in Dong Thap and Tay Ninh in the coming period,” said Ms. Nguyen Thi Dam, Deputy Director of the State Bank of Vietnam Branch, Region 13.
