Male student falls to his death from high-rise apartment building in Thu Duc City.

The incident occurred at 9:00 AM on October 4th at the Saigon Metropark apartment complex, located on Street No. 1, Truong Tho Ward, Thu Duc City (Ho Chi Minh City).

Residents of the apartment building heard a loud noise. When they went to investigate, they were shocked to find a young man lying motionless on the tiled floor, dead. The victim had fallen from a high floor and landed directly on a stone bench, causing the bench to break with the force of the impact.

Upon receiving information about the incident, the authorities in Thu Duc City arrived to cordon off the scene and investigate the cause.

Initial investigations have identified the victim as being from Dong Nai province and a student at a university in Ho Chi Minh City. This male student rented an apartment on the 14th floor and shared it with a friend.

A 10th-grade female student died after falling from a high floor in a dormitory . While her classmates were attending classes, A. unexpectedly returned to the 4th floor of the dormitory. She was later found dead from a fall from a high floor.
