Nhat Nguyen said that time management skills and study planning are the secrets that help male students conquer excellent degrees. Nhat Nguyen shared: “Before each semester, I set a certain goal and proceed to choose suitable subjects. Usually, I find that some subjects will be linked together. Therefore, choosing to register for reasonable subjects also helps us have an easier direction.” Besides, in class, Nhat Nguyen always focuses on listening to lectures, taking notes of main ideas, as well as illustrative examples to be able to deeply understand the problems at that time and not spend too much time reviewing for exams. “You should clearly understand your ability to set appropriate goals. Avoid setting a goal that is too high and negatively affects the spirit of studying,” Nhat Nguyen said.

Sharing the secret to balancing studying with extracurricular activities, Nhat Nguyen said: "In addition to studying, I also want to have the opportunity to develop other soft skills through extracurricular activities or volunteering. During his time at university, Nhat Nguyen actively participated in clubs and competitions, and his liveliness and enthusiasm in class were opportunities for him to improve his soft skills. “Actively participating in competitions has helped me get used to work pressure; gain good teamwork skills; know how to manage emotions as well as set my ego appropriately to achieve good results for the whole group. I think that boldly participating in competitions will bring many benefits, not just awards,” Nhat Nguyen shared.
Pride in being a student ambassador
Nhat Nguyen shared that studying and interacting with excellent classmates was both a blessing and a pressure. “Since entering the second year of university, friends around me started to have jobs and desirable income levels, which made me start to compare myself with them. At that time, there were too many questions and doubts about my own abilities,” Nhat Nguyen recalled. And the way for the Gen Z guy to overcome peer pressure was to boldly share. “I think that each person will have a different strength, development path, and everything that happens has its reason. And I believe that understanding and believing in yourself will be the key to bringing great opportunities,” Nhat Nguyen expressed.
