Improving knowledge for officials in charge of new rural areas in Vu Quang

The training conference aims to improve knowledge and skills for the team of cadres in charge of new rural areas in Vu Quang district ( Ha Tinh ).

On the afternoon of September 29, the Propaganda Information Center (Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department) coordinated with the Propaganda Department of Vu Quang District Party Committee to organize a training conference to propagate the New Rural Development Program (NTM) in 2023 for nearly 200 cadres, civil servants and village cadres in charge of NTM in the district.

Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Le Van Khanh attended and directly delivered the content of the conference.

Mr. Duong Truong Giang - Head of Planning - Operations - Supervision Department (Provincial New Rural Area Coordination Office) discussed the implementation of the pilot project to build Ha Tinh province to meet new rural standards in the period of 2021 - 2025.

At the conference, nearly 200 cadres, civil servants and village cadres in charge of NTM in Vu Quang district received 3 topics: The implementation status of the pilot project to build Ha Tinh province to meet NTM standards in the period 2021 - 2025; results of implementing the targets of social insurance and health insurance coverage according to Resolution No. 95/NQ-HDND dated December 16, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council; the topic of oral propaganda skills.

At the meeting, the leader of Vu Quang district also emphasized that building a new rural area is a long-term process, requiring the joint efforts of organizations, individuals, businesses, the efforts of local Party committees and authorities and the unanimous support of the people...

Therefore, the team of cadres implementing the new rural construction program in the area must be exemplary in propagating the Party and State's policies and guidelines to the people, and be truly proactive in mobilizing all resources to improve the criteria for new rural construction and build model new rural areas.

The training conference aims to help the staff working on new rural construction in Vu Quang area to fully and promptly update the new instructions of the Central and the province related to new rural construction. At the same time, improve knowledge, share experiences in the practice of new rural construction in their units, thereby contributing to building a team of staff with enough capacity to effectively implement the task of new rural construction.
