On the afternoon of December 6, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Public Security coordinated with the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to hold a signing ceremony of the Coordination Regulations.

Comrades: General Secretary, Secretary of the Central Military Commission To Lam, President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

Also attending the signing ceremony were Politburo members: General Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security; General Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission; Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Politburo members, members of the Secretariat, members of the Party Central Committee; leaders of the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Senior General Luong Tam Quang affirmed: Through the revolutionary stages, under the leadership of the Party and the management of the State, the coordination relationship between the Public Security - Army - Diplomacy has been very natural, with a "strategic symbiosis" to successfully implement the goals set by the Party.

In the new revolutionary period, the requirement to enhance the coordination relationship between the Ministry of Public Security - Ministry of National Defense - Ministry of Foreign Affairs is extremely urgent, contributing to creating new momentum and strength to push back challenges, turn challenges into opportunities, mobilize all domestic and foreign resources to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress, the 3 strategic goals of the Party "peace, stability; sustainable development, high quality; improve all aspects of people's lives and the double-digit growth target, bringing the country firmly into a new era".

The Minister of Public Security emphasized: The organization of the signing of the Coordination Regulations aims to bring the coordination relationship between the three Ministries to a new level, closer, faster-deeper-stronger-more effective, better meeting the requirements and tasks entrusted by the Party, State and people.

Accordingly, the coordination regulations cover all areas of cooperation; in particular, forming an annual ministerial-level meeting mechanism, ensuring that the coordination relationship between the three ministries reaches the highest set goals. This is also a concrete and practical step, affirming the high determination of the three ministries before the Party, the State and the people, aiming to increase contributions to the successful implementation of the 14th National Congress Resolution and the Party's strategic goals.
