The signing of the Working Coordination Regulations aims to bring the coordination relationship between the three Ministries to a new level, closer, faster-deeper-stronger-more effective, better meeting the requirements and tasks entrusted by the Party, State and people, increasing contributions to the successful implementation of the 14th National Congress Resolution and the Party's strategic goals.

On the afternoon of December 6, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Public Security coordinated with the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to hold a signing ceremony of the Coordination Regulations.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Senior General Luong Tam Quang affirmed: Through the revolutionary stages, under the leadership of the Party and the management of the State, the coordination relationship between the Public Security - Army - Diplomacy has been very natural, with a "strategic symbiosis" to successfully implement the goals set by the Party.

In the new revolutionary period, the requirement to enhance the coordination relationship between the Ministry of Public Security - Ministry of National Defense - Ministry of Foreign Affairs is extremely urgent, contributing to creating new momentum and strength to push back challenges, turn challenges into opportunities, mobilize all domestic and foreign resources to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress, the 3 strategic goals of the Party "peace, stability; sustainable development, high quality; improve all aspects of people's lives and the double-digit growth target, bringing the country firmly into a new era".

Accordingly, the coordination regulations cover all areas of cooperation; in particular, forming an annual ministerial-level meeting mechanism, ensuring that the coordination relationship between the three ministries reaches the highest set goals. This is also a concrete and practical step, affirming the high determination of the three ministries before the Party, the State and the people, aiming to increase contributions to the successful implementation of the 14th National Congress Resolution and the Party's strategic goals.

On the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the founding of the People's Army and the 36th anniversary of National Defense Day, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs presented flowers and gifts and sent congratulations to the Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense, generals, officers and soldiers of the Vietnam People's Army.
