VTV.vn - On the afternoon of June 12, 2025, in Hanoi, the signing ceremony of the Coordination Regulations between the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs took place.

The signing ceremony of the Coordination Charter was honored to welcome General Secretary To Lam; President Luong Cuong, Politburo member; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member to attend the ceremony.

General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security ; General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense; Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Central Party Committee, Minister of Foreign Affairs co-chaired the signing ceremony.

The signing ceremony was held on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2025), and the 36th anniversary of National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2025).

In the new revolutionary period, the requirement to enhance the coordination relationship between the Ministry of Public Security - Ministry of National Defense - Ministry of Foreign Affairs is extremely urgent, contributing to creating new momentum and strength to push back challenges, turn challenges into opportunities, mobilize all domestic and foreign resources to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress, the Party's three strategic goals of "peace, stability; sustainable development, high quality; improving all aspects of people's lives" and the double-digit growth target, bringing the country firmly into a new era.
