On June 25th, Nestlé Vietnam was honored in the "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" ranking for 2024, a program chaired by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, in coordination with the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). This is also the fifth consecutive time Nestlé Vietnam has received this title. This year, after evaluation, the "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" program selected 67 enterprises for recognition. According to the organizers, the honored enterprises have made continuous efforts to improve the working environment, care for the interests and improve the material and spiritual lives of their employees, provide welfare benefits exceeding state regulations, ensure tax and social insurance obligations are met, and build harmonious and progressive labor relations, aiming for sustainable development in the process of integration and development. "The 'Outstanding Enterprise for Workers' award is a recognition of our continuous efforts over nearly 30 years in Vietnam to create a healthy, safe, and effective working environment that fosters the potential of our employees. This valuable recognition demonstrates Nestlé's leading position in attracting, developing, and nurturing talent, and serves as motivation for the company to continue building a more professional and sustainable working environment. We strive to promote equality in the workplace and continue to implement policies, initiatives, and projects to build a diverse and inclusive culture. In 2023, Nestlé Group incorporated the concept of “equity” into our approach to diversity and inclusion,” said Mr. Le Thanh Khang, Human Resources Director of Nestlé Vietnam.

With the spirit of #SparkYourWay, Nestlé Vietnam has been and continues to be one of the leading companies attracting potential talent in Vietnam. The company not only focuses on business development but also strives to build a professional and sustainable working environment. In Vietnam, Nestlé consistently prioritizes the physical and mental well-being of its employees through diverse programs: guaranteed salaries and benefits, ensuring physical and mental safety and health; clear career paths and opportunities for development and advancement within the company and the group; enhanced recognition and rewards; and strengthened employee engagement. The company also implements personnel exchange programs between markets within the group, helping employees improve their skills in an international environment and return to take on important positions in Vietnam. One of the distinctive aspects of Nestlé Vietnam's human resource development policies and strategies is its commitment to training Vietnamese leaders. Currently, Vietnamese people account for 40% of the company's leadership team, 79% in senior management positions, and over 99% in middle management positions. Nestlé Vietnam has maintained a policy of nurturing and promoting potential, giving employees the opportunity to become future leaders. Furthermore, Nestlé promotes an internal culture that aligns with shared values (#SparkWithPurpose). Sustainable development is a key guiding principle of the company, closely linked to its business and production activities. Therefore, the company always inspires and provides opportunities for its employees – individuals from different generations who share a common aspiration to create a positive impact on the environment and society. Furthermore, through its "Global Youth Initiative" (Nestlé Needs Youth), the company organizes recruitment programs such as #SparkTheNextLeaders (Management Trainee Program), Nesternship (Internship Program), and the "Nestlé Summer School" program, providing young people with opportunities to access job opportunities and enhance their knowledge. All of these contribute to the company's human resource development strategy. Established in 1995, Nestlé Vietnam has continuously expanded its investments and diversified its products to meet food and nutritional needs, aiming to optimize the role of food in improving the quality of life for everyone, today and for future generations. In 2023, Nestlé Vietnam was voted the top "Best Place to Work in Vietnam," according to a survey conducted by Anphabe based on the opinions of over 64,000 employees nationwide. Also in 2023, Nestlé Vietnam was honored as an "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" for the fourth consecutive year.
