Nghe An province is calling for investment in a 900 billion VND housing project in Cua Lo.
The total cost of the project is 900 billion VND. Of this, over 71 billion VND is for compensation, support, and resettlement. The deadline for submitting bids for this project is before 8:00 AM on June 10, 2024.
The Department of Planning and Investment of Nghe An province has just issued a notice inviting interested investors to submit applications to implement a housing project in Nghi Thu and Nghi Huong wards, Cua Lo town.

Accordingly, the housing project in two wards of Cua Lo town has a total area of 15.65 hectares and a population of 1,700 people. The products and services provided in this project include: housing, residential land, commercial and service areas, a cultural center, technical infrastructure systems, roads, parking lots, and green spaces for sports and recreation .
The project is expected to include the following components: a commercial and service area with a land use area of over 0.64 hectares, a height of 5 floors, and a construction density of 60%. Low-rise commercial housing (rough construction and exterior finishing), located adjacent to Sao Nam Street and the project's main landscape roads, with a total land area of over 3 hectares, a height of 3 floors, and a construction density of 75%. Social housing (rough construction and finishing) with a height of 5 floors, a construction land area of 1.53 hectares, and a construction density of 40%. A one-story cultural center with a land area of 1,900 m2 and a construction density of 40%.
Along with the above works, a comprehensive landscape and technical infrastructure system will be constructed in accordance with the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 approved by the competent authority, including: land leveling; parks, urban green spaces, sports facilities; parking lots; urban lighting; water supply system; rainwater drainage system; wastewater drainage system; electricity and telecommunications system; wastewater treatment and solid waste collection and transfer area; transformer station; fire protection; road system, sidewalks, etc.
The project implementation period shall not exceed 50 years. The project implementation schedule is 5 years, starting from the date of the decision on land allocation, land lease, land use purpose conversion, or the date of land handover and fulfillment of the conditions for commencement as prescribed by law.
It is known that previously, the Department of Planning and Investment of Nghe An province also opened registration for a housing project in Nghi Huong ward. The project will be implemented on an 8.87-hectare plot of land with a total estimated cost of nearly 440 billion VND. The only investor to submit an application for this project is Thanh Cong Construction Consulting Co., Ltd.
