
An Cu Duc Phu Joint Stock Company, headquartered at 7/1 Thanh Thai Street, Ward 14, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City, operates in the fields of real estate investment and business; animal feed supply; and investment and development of agricultural projects, particularly in pig farming and animal feed production, with successful experience in implementing projects in Gia Lai, Binh Phuoc, Binh Duong , and Dak Nong provinces.
Reportedly, after working with business representatives, on September 23, 2024, the People's Committee of Nong Son district issued a document agreeing to allow An Cu Duc Phu Joint Stock Company to survey and research a location for an investment project to build a pig breeding and fattening farm in Que Lam commune.
An Cu Duc Phu Joint Stock Company is seeking approval to research and invest in projects including a pig breeding farm, a pig fattening farm, and a livestock feed production plant, as well as the construction of an export-oriented fruit orchard utilizing organic fertilizer according to a circular economy model, on a total land area of 350 hectares in Que Lam commune.
Specifically, the project includes a pig breeding farm with a scale of 16,200 sows and a pig fattening farm with a scale of 120,000 pigs (expected to occupy an area of approximately 100 hectares within the 350-hectare planned area, with 1 nucleus breeding pig breeding area, 3 breeding sow breeding areas (each with a scale of 5,000 sows) and 3 fattening pig farming areas (each with a scale of 40,000 pigs).

The project includes a livestock feed production plant with a capacity of 120,000 tons of product per year and an export-oriented fruit farm project (for the remaining planned area, utilizing the manure from pig farms to invest in an organic fertilizer production plant to serve the cultivation of bananas for export and a nursery for other fruit tree seedlings suitable to the local soil and climate conditions, with a capacity of 5 million seedlings per year).
According to Duc Phu Residential Joint Stock Company, the project is expected to create approximately 380 direct jobs and hundreds of indirect jobs for local people through supporting services such as transportation, feed supply, fertilizer production, and activities related to livestock farming.
At the same time, with projected annual revenue of approximately 3,340 billion VND, the project not only generates profits for the enterprise but also makes a significant contribution to the budget of Nong Son district, supporting local socio-economic development activities.
The company is committed to strictly implementing environmental protection measures and making positive contributions to economic development, creating sustainable livelihoods for local people.
Recently, during a working visit to Nong Son district, Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, inspected the area where a pig production and breeding project is planned to be invested in Que Lam commune.
After listening to the preliminary report on the project from An Cu Duc Phu Joint Stock Company, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet welcomed the proactive approach of the enterprise and Nong Son district in researching and investing in the project. To ensure the project can be implemented soon, Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet requested the People's Committee of Nong Son district to actively and proactively coordinate with the enterprise to quickly complete all related procedures.
