According to initial information, earlier, some residents of Hai Phong residential area 2, Song Tri ward, while going to the coastal area of ​​Hai Phong residential area 2 (Vung Ang sea area, Ha Tinh province), unexpectedly discovered a dolphin swimming with the waves towards the shore and becoming stranded, unable to escape.

This fish is estimated to weigh over 100kg and measure 1.5-1.6m in length; the upper part of its back, head, mouth, caudal fin, dorsal fin, and gill fins are gray and black, while the underside of its belly is pale white with light spots.
