In episode 13 of the show "Sister Who Makes the Waves" aired on the evening of January 20, images of alcoholic beverages appeared without the label "for people over 18 only". The incident angered many people, who believed that the show's producers did not respect advertising laws.
On the afternoon of January 21, the show's official fanpage posted an announcement about the incident. The producer of Sister Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves admitted to making a mistake in the show's advertising content.
The program's producer apologizes to the audience.
The announcement stated: "Dear viewers of the show "Beautiful Sister Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves" 2023, the organizers sincerely apologize regarding episode 13 broadcast on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 9:45 p.m.
We have noted an error in the image of a product with alcohol content without the accompanying text “for consumers over 18 only”.
The producer of Chi Dep Dap Gio Xue Song said that the crew is currently handling the above error by hiding the broadcast link of episode 13 and editing the advertising content: "We will handle it by editing the product image content according to the regulations of advertising law.
This may take some time to complete on the platform, so during the editing period, we would like to hide the broadcast link of episode 13 until it is completed and sent to our viewers."
The producer hopes the audience will understand this shortcoming.
The crew also apologized to the audience about this incident: "We, the organizers, are very sorry for the above shortcomings. We hope that the general audience and fans of the beautiful ladies in the show Beautiful Ladies Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves will sympathize with us.
Once again, we thank you all for your love for the show and we promise to make adjustments in future episodes. We sincerely apologize and thank you."
