On the morning of May 23rd, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province held a press conference to announce the organization of the Nha Trang International Light Bay Festival - Ever Glamour Nha Trang 2024, combined with the Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival 2024, creating a series of events throughout June and July 2024 in Nha Trang City.

Accordingly, the Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival 2024 will be held from June 13 to 16 with the theme "Nha Trang Pearl Bay Shines Brightly", lasting for 4 nights, with separate themes such as: Sea Gathering of Excellence (June 13); Pearl Bay Shines Brightly (June 14), Dance of the Ocean (June 15), and Sounds of the Sea (June 16).
The program features approximately 200 stalls offering tourism, services, trade, and food, operating in an open space without requiring an entrance fee, making it easy for tourists and locals to visit and use the products and services.
In addition, there are other attractive programs such as: the "Hipfest Summer 2024" dance competition, the "Ocean Muse" bikini fashion show; a dance, folk dance and music festival; a traditional musical instrument performance; a bartender show; an EDM performance; a food festival, a coffee festival, a cyclo parade combined with a beautiful Ao Dai fashion show; a light carnival parade; a Harley Davidson motorcycle parade; the Unique Nha Trang H-Marathon race...

Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh, Director of the Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism, said that the Nha Trang Beach Tourism Festival is expected to attract 350,000 to 400,000 domestic and international visitors.
"Right on the opening night at 8 PM on June 13th at April 2nd Square, there will be a combination of art performances and fashion shows, including performances by star singers such as Tang Duy Tan, Van Mai Huong, etc.," Ms. Thanh informed.

The Nha Trang International Bay of Lights Festival 2024 is the first drone light show competition in Vietnam, held in Nha Trang City. With the theme "Brilliant Galaxy," the program features four competing teams from South Korea, China, France, and the UAE.

Each team performed with a minimum of 1,000 drones, with two different themes for the competition nights focusing on the culture and imagery of Khanh Hoa, both present and future, combined with modern musical performances on stage to create a vibrant overall picture.
Specifically, on July 13th, the opening ceremony and the first competition night between the South Korean and Chinese teams took place, with the theme "Nha Trang Shines Bright - Glamour Nha Trang," held at 2 April Square, Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang City.
July 20th was the second night of competition between the French and UAE teams, with the theme "Night of the Wonders," and the closing ceremony was held on Hon Tre Island - Vinpearl Harbour Nha Trang, Vinh Nguyen Ward, Nha Trang City.
The event is expected to attract more than 50,000 residents and tourists attending in person each night, reaching over 20 million viewers nationwide through national and local television channels, as well as social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

The Chinese team once again holds four records for the largest number of drone lights in the world.
The South Korean team possesses expertise in flight techniques, firepower, flares, and the use of environmentally friendly equipment.
The UAE team, on the other hand, put on a very elaborate and extravagant performance...
"For the closing ceremony, we chose Hon Tre Island as the venue; it's like a stage in the middle of the ocean. Two competing teams, with 2,000 drones, can arrange and expand to 4.3 hectares, so the amazing performance can be seen from the Nha Trang coastline or from any angle," Ms. Thu said.
Unique and distinctive tourism products
Mr. Dinh Van Thieu, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, assessed the Nha Trang International Bay of Lights Festival 2024 as an important event in the Khanh Hoa tourism stimulus strategy plan for the period 2023-2025 and orientation to 2030.
