The First Autumn Fair - 2025 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), is an event combining trade, culture and technology experience, hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade . The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hanoi People's Committee, and Vingroup Corporation play the role of organizers. In the exhibition space, Vingroup makes its mark with a multi-sector ecosystem - from production, trade, services to entertainment.
Organize in large spaces
On the opening day, the crowd of people flocked to the Kim Quy exhibition area. On Truong Sa Street leading to VEC, vehicles were lined up, creating a bustling atmosphere of a real "event city". The traffic system was organized and divided reasonably. Hanoi also arranged four new, free bus routes, route 34, operating continuously from 7am to 10pm, with a frequency of more than 400 trips per weekend day.
“Seeing that there was a free bus near my house, I invited my whole family to go to the fair. It’s been a long time since there was a large-scale event with enough activities for three generations,” said Mr. Luan Vu, Hoang Mai district.

For tourists traveling by personal vehicle, the parking problem is also solved with a parking area of up to 18 hectares, with a scale of 10,000 spaces, fully integrated with charging stations for a large number of motorbikes and electric cars.
To ensure uniformity and professionalism, Vingroup plays the role of “architect” of the entire space. The group sponsors infrastructure, electricity, water, security, sanitation, and also consults, designs and identifies each subdivision. Thanks to that, the preparation work takes place quickly and accurately, bringing a perfect appearance to the first national-scale fair.
More than 3,000 booths participated
The center of the fair is Kim Quy Exhibition Hall with nearly 3,000 booths, divided into five zones. The “Thu Thinh Vuong” zone (Hall 1-2) gathers large enterprises such as Viettel, Vinamilk, EVN..., introducing modern technology, industrial products and energy solutions.
Hall 3-5 is the "Family Autumn" area - a shopping paradise with thousands of fashion products, cosmetics, furniture, consumer goods, and discounts up to 100%.

The “Quintessence of Hanoi Autumn” and “Autumn of Vietnam” areas are the “heart” of the fair, recreating a miniature space of Hanoi’s Old Quarter under the Kim Quy dome. Along the “autumn road” filled with yellow, visitors will see the images of artisans from craft villages making pottery, weaving, carving, and crafting.
At “Thu Dat Viet”, 33 provinces and cities bring regional specialties, from Cao Bang five-color vegetable vermicelli, Lang Son persimmons, Dien Bien smoked buffalo meat to Dung Quat finished gasoline and sulfur. These are symbols of the transformation of Vietnamese industry.

Next was the “One Round Vietnam” area, recreating the flavor journey from Tuyen Quang to Ca Mau, each booth was a culinary story typical of the region.
