The Law on Employment (amended) stipulates the transfer of place of benefit, suspension, continuation, termination and cancellation of unemployment benefits in Article 41.
Accordingly, during the period of receiving unemployment benefits, employees can change the place of receiving unemployment benefits when needed.
However, employees receiving unemployment benefits will have their unemployment benefits suspended if they do not notify their monthly job search as prescribed.
During the period of suspension of unemployment benefits, employees are not entitled to unemployment benefits and the suspension period is not reserved.
Employees whose unemployment benefits are suspended and who still have time left to receive unemployment benefits will continue to receive unemployment benefits when they make monthly job search notifications as prescribed.
In addition, Clause 4, Article 41 of the Law on Employment (amended) stipulates 13 cases in which employees receiving unemployment benefits will have their unemployment benefits terminated.
