Bags larger than A4 size, flashlights, chairs/stools, oversized fans/headbands, costumes, flags, cheering banners exceeding 30x10cm, flying objects, drones, remote-controlled cameras, professional/semi-professional cameras and handheld camcorders… are prohibited items.
BTC also clearly stated that other individuals deemed a threat to the safety, health, security, and order of the event are also prohibited from entering.
According to the weather forecast from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the My Dinh area will experience rain over the weekend. Spectators should remember to bring a small raincoat as umbrellas are not permitted.

BlackPink's concert is expected to attract 36,000 attendees on July 29th and 31,000 on July 30th.
The Hanoi People's Committee has directed and assigned tasks to departments, agencies, and localities to instruct the Hanoi City Police and the Hanoi Capital Command to develop plans to ensure absolute safety and security, and to strengthen propaganda and promotion of Vietnam's friendly and hospitable image.
On July 28th, in an interview with Giao Thong Newspaper, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Regiment of the Hanoi City Police, stated that, following the directives of the City Police Director, the police force has developed a plan to ensure security and order for the BlackPink concert at My Dinh National Stadium.
On the part of the Mobile Police Regiment, the unit mobilized its maximum force to coordinate with other forces and implement various plans to ensure the security and safety of the event.
"The officers and soldiers were also instructed on potential worst-case scenarios to ensure the smooth running of BlackPink's concert."
