Providing clean water and treating wastewater in rural areas has made an important contribution to environmental protection. At the same time, it is necessary to promote a sense of responsibility in managing, operating, and coordinating the treatment of waste and domestic wastewater.

"Create favorable conditions to promote propaganda and mobilize members, farmers and people to raise their sense of responsibility, self-awareness in collecting, classifying and treating waste and composting bio-fertilizers at households and residential areas to reduce the amount of waste and transportation and treatment costs.

However, due to the increasing amount of waste and wastewater in rural households, although waste collection and transfer points in rural areas have been built, the situation of waste accumulation at transfer points and households is quite long.

According to Mr. Nguyen Tien Anh - Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Farmers' Association, the Organic Agriculture Project in Ha Tinh province for the period 2023-2030, affirms a new phase of agriculture. Forming models of plants and animals according to organic standards, a chain of consumer stores, initially contributes to changing the thinking of producers and consumers about organic agriculture.

The Organic Agriculture Project is also a new step for chain-based production development, exploiting the multi-value of local agricultural products; changing the awareness of producers.
