Speaking to VietNamNet on February 3, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bach Loan, Principal of Kien Hung Secondary School, said that after the fight occurred on January 26, on the morning of January 27, she, along with the homeroom teacher of class 6A4 and representatives of Ha Dong District Police and Kien Hung Ward Police, went to the family of female student NTA to visit, encourage and support her to continue going to school.
Currently, NTA's health and spirit are stable.
Also according to Ms. Loan, on the afternoon of January 27, the school held a Disciplinary Council meeting for PHMP - the female student who beat NTA, according to regulations.
The disciplinary action taken against this student is to suspend her studies for 6 days (from January 29 to February 3, 2024). In addition, this female student is classified as Unsatisfactory.
"The school has coordinated with relevant authorities and parents to resolve the incident in accordance with regulations. Due to their young age and inability to fully assess the nature of the incident, some students provided inaccurate information, leading to some misunderstandings. The school affirms that there was no incident of student TA being slashed in the face by female student P. with a box cutter ," said Ms. Loan.

On the morning of January 29, the two families met. The vice principal and homeroom teachers of classes 8A4 and 6A4, along with PHMP's family (class 8A4), also came to apologize, visit, encourage, and coordinate to resolve the matter.
According to Ms. Loan, currently, the students are stable and normal.
The Department of Education and Training of Ha Dong district also directed Kien Hung Secondary School to continue to coordinate with the two students' families to care forand educate them; increase propaganda on preventing school violence and school safety.
The Department of Education and Training also drew lessons from Kien Hung Secondary School in propaganda and student management, and directed lessons from other schools in the district to pay close attention to school security and safety.
Previously, as VietNamNet reported, a parent in Hanoi shared her anger when she went to pick up her daughter from school and saw her face covered in long, bleeding lacerations.
According to the content shared on social networks, the parent said that her daughter is TA, a 6A4 student at Kien Hung Secondary School, Ha Dong District, Hanoi. On the afternoon of January 26, when she picked her daughter up from school, she saw her daughter's face covered with injuries.
According to this parent, the students who witnessed it said that a female classmate (named L.) suspected that a male classmate liked TA - her daughter - so she called her older sister named P. (in class 8A4, same school) to come and touch TA's face.
