Mr. Kim said the meeting aimed to further promote trade relations as well as scientific and technological exchanges between the two governments.
Mr. Kim affirmed that the relationship between North Korea and Russia has reached a new strategic level. For his part, Minister Kozlov said that Russia attaches great importance to deepening cooperation with North Korea. In a separate development, KCNA said that a delegation from a Russian military academy also visited Pyongyang, but did not provide specific information about the visit.
