Specifically, the stamp product “National Festival” recreates the historic moment on September 2, 1945, when President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence at Ba Dinh Square, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The stamp is limited to 5,555 pieces. Each piece has a separate serial number, affirming its uniqueness, serving the collection needs of customers.
The second product is “A5 National Day stamp holder” including 2 stamps, 1 stamp block, stamped with the date of issue 26-8-2025. The holder is solemnly presented on high-quality A5 hard cover.
The product “Souvenir Stamp Book” is designed with a hard cover, embossed with the publication logo. Each book includes 10 sets of hand-pasted stamps, recreating the 80-year journey of building and defending the Fatherland.

Previously, the Ministry of Science and Technology coordinated with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize a special issuance ceremony of a postage stamp set commemorating the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The stamp set includes 1 stamp and 1 block.
The stamp has a size of 32x43mm, depicting the image of President Ho Chi Minh in a modern graphic art style, both solemn and familiar. The block has a size of 80x100mm, depicting the National Emblem of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the map of Vietnam. The stamp set was designed by artist Nguyen Du (Vietnam Post Corporation); supplied nationwide.
