Today (August 7), speaking with VietNamNet, Mr. Trinh Viet Cuong - Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Khe Ward, Uong Bi City said that on the morning of the same day, the local government received a report from Ha Long University about the discovery of a female body on campus.
Accordingly, students of Ha Long University discovered the body of a woman (identity unknown) behind an 18-story building while walking.
At the time of discovery, the woman's body was not wearing any clothes.
"The school has checked all foreign students and has enough students, while domestic students are taking roll call. The police force has also started investigating the incident," Mr. Cuong informed.
