During a conversation with war invalid Vu Tu Nhien, Comrade Luu Van Trung expressed his deep gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of Mr. Vu Tu Nhien and previous generations in the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee expressed his hope that war invalids, sick soldiers, and families of policy beneficiaries would continue to set an example and uphold the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in peacetime, serving as a shining example for the younger generation to emulate. Local authorities should regularly pay attention to, care for, and create conditions for war invalids, sick soldiers, and families of policy beneficiaries facing difficulties to improve their lives.

This is a practical activity demonstrating the principle of "drinking water, remembering the source" and "repaying gratitude" of the Party Committee, government, and people of Lam Dong province towards wounded soldiers, martyrs, and those who have contributed to the revolution.

Mr. Nhien is a disabled veteran of category 2/4. In 1965, he joined the revolution and later fought on various fronts in Thanh Hoa and Quang Tri provinces. With the courage and resilience of a revolutionary soldier, Mr. Nhien was honored with many prestigious medals, including: the Anti-American Resistance Medal, the Military Achievement Medal, and the Liberation Fighter Medal.
