On the morning of July 18, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh inspected the post-merger activities in Phong Hai, Xuan Quang and Bao Thang communes.

The delegation included Comrade Duong Duc Huy, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee; and leaders of several provincial departments and agencies.

In the localities, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee listened to brief reports on the results of stabilizing the organizational structure and arranging cadres and civil servants after the merger; and the arrangement of facilities, infrastructure, and working equipment for the new commune headquarters.

Comrade Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged the proactive and responsible spirit of the local Party committees and authorities in quickly stabilizing the organization and ensuring the smooth operation of the newly established grassroots political system.

The delegation worked with the Party Committee of Xuan Quang commune.

Despite the many difficulties, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the communes for actively resolving obstacles, making rational personnel arrangements, maintaining the effectiveness of the apparatus, and successfully completing the assigned tasks.

During an inspection of public service activities at the Public Administrative Service Centers of the communes, Comrade Nguyen Tuan Anh highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and service attitude of the staff and civil servants.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that localities continue to review and upgrade equipment, improve working spaces, and strongly apply information technology to better enhance the quality of service for citizens and businesses.

Comrade Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, inspected the operations at the Public Administrative Service Center of Bao Thang commune.

Following the on-site inspection, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that localities proactively propose recommendations and solutions to the province to gradually overcome difficulties and create favorable conditions for the operation of the new commune-level governments; helping grassroots officials feel secure in their work and better serve the people.
