PTSC sponsors 5 billion VND to build a kindergarten in Quang Ngai.

On the afternoon of June 28th, the Vietnam Petroleum Technical Services Corporation ( PTSC ), in coordination with the People's Committee of Hanh Trung commune, Nghia Hanh district (Quang Ngai province), held the inauguration ceremony for Hanh Trung Kindergarten. This project was sponsored by PTSC with a total amount of 5 billion VND. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Huynh Lua – Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Nghia Hanh district; Mr. Tang Ngoc Thien – Head of the Education and Training Department of Nghia Hanh district; Mr. Nguyen Van Dao – Chairman of the People's Council of Hanh Trung commune; Mr. Vo Van Vinh – Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanh Trung commune, along with representatives from district and commune departments and teachers from Hanh Trung Kindergarten. Representing PTSC were Mr. Nguyen Tan Vinh – Chief of the Office, along with representatives from member units and functional departments of the Corporation.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Vo Van Vinh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanh Trung Commune, said: Hanh Trung Kindergarten is a central school with 8 classrooms of level 4 and currently provides care and education for 280 students. The school was built 20 years ago and had deteriorated, significantly affecting the nurturing and education of children. With the support of PTSC Corporation and its member units with 5 billion VND, the school has been rebuilt, becoming spacious, clean, and beautiful, meeting the educational needs and aspirations of children in the area. On behalf of the local leadership, he expressed sincere gratitude to PTSC Corporation, wishing the company continued growth, further contributions to the national economy , and the implementation of many more meaningful social welfare programs.

Delegates performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate Hành Trung Kindergarten.

The Hành Trung Kindergarten received a 5 billion VND grant from PTSC for the construction of a new building with 3 classrooms and 3 administrative offices. The classrooms are fully equipped with amenities such as fans, lights, and restrooms, suitable for the learning and living needs of the students. After the construction of the additional classrooms, the school can now provide education and care for approximately 100 more students.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tan Vinh – Chief of the PTSC Office – shared that PTSC is a member unit of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group ( Petrovietnam ). Currently, PTSC has 25 member units and subsidiaries with a total of nearly 10,000 employees working in multinational corporations. PTSC currently plays a leading role in providing high-quality oil and gas services and technical services to all stages of the oil and gas industry and is expanding into the offshore renewable energy sector. Over more than 30 years of formation and development, PTSC has always strived to ensure the completion of its production and business tasks assigned by Petrovietnam, contributing to the country's economic development. Alongside its production and business activities, with the traditional oil and gas culture and PTSC's culture, the unit is always conscious of its responsibility to society and the community.

Leaders from the Nghia Hanh District People's Committee, the Hanh Trung Commune People's Committee, and PTSC visited the facilities at Hanh Trung Kindergarten.

Every year, PTSC allocates a portion of its budget to social welfare activities nationwide. In 2023, PTSC spent over 20 billion VND on social welfare activities in various localities, and Hành Trung Kindergarten was among these programs. Mr. Nguyen Tan Vinh also expressed his gratitude for the support of the local authorities and the construction unit for their efforts in ensuring the project was completed on schedule, providing the locality with a clean, beautiful, and spacious school facility. This contributes to the local "nurturing of future generations." "I hope that the teachers will use the facility effectively, ensuring the quality of teaching and learning, helping the community to have more talented and successful students who will contribute to the locality and the country in the future," Mr. Nguyen Tan Vinh stated. At the inauguration ceremony, the delegates also performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Hành Trung Kindergarten. They also directly inspected and toured the school's facilities and classrooms.
