On March 6th, the People's Committee of District 1 held a ceremony to announce and present decisions on personnel matters. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Duong Anh Duc, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Secretary of the District 1 Party Committee; and Mr. Le Duc Thanh, Chairman of the People's Committee of District 1.
At the ceremony, Standing Committee member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the District 1 Party Committee Duong Anh Duc; Chairman of the District 1 People's Committee Le Duc Thanh and Vice Chairman of the District 1 People's Committee Mai Thi Hong Hoa presented the decision to accept and appoint Ms. Le Thi Thanh Giang, Principal of Tran Van On Secondary School, to the position of Head of the District 1 Education and Training Department, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
In his remarks assigning the new duties, District 1 Party Secretary Duong Anh Duc congratulated Ms. Le Thi Thanh Giang on her appointment as Head of the District 1 Department of Education and Training. He also expressed his hope that in the coming time, the Head of the District 1 Department of Education and Training will quickly grasp the work and, together with the department's staff, immediately implement the assigned tasks and carry out effective programs and plans in the education and training of students.
