Quang Nam issues directive on promoting reform of tax administrative procedures

Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee requests the Chairman of the District People's Committee to deploy and direct the immediate implementation of the contents of Decision No. 2952 dated December 6, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on assigning socio -economic development plan targets, state budget estimates and state budget capital investment plans for 2025; focus on directing specialized agencies, People's Committees of communes, wards and towns to regularly coordinate with tax authorities in the area to effectively manage taxes according to the tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee; continue to maintain and strengthen the activities of the steering committee to prevent budget loss and urge the collection of tax arrears in the area.

In particular, closely coordinate with tax authorities to continue implementing measures to prevent tax losses in a number of fields such as minerals, transportation, construction, related transactions, e-commerce, digital-based business, etc. to ensure correct, full and timely collection of arising taxes and tax debts paid to the state budget in accordance with the law.

The Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Tax Department to preside over and review all revenue sources, closely monitor the budget collection progress; analyze, evaluate, and specifically classify each tax, each industry, each field and each subject; thereby identifying potential revenue sources, fields and types of taxes with the possibility of revenue loss to promptly advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to direct solutions to manage budget collection in the province, striving to complete the 2025 revenue estimate at the highest level.
