On the afternoon of August 19th, in Mang But commune, Kon Plong district ( Kon Tum province), the Kon Plong District Women's Union launched the "Cooperative for the Production and Consumption of Red Brown Rice Products" model. The cooperative, located in Mang Buk village, Mang But commune, Kon Plong district, has 10 members and is led by Ms. Y Sieu.
According to Ms. Ngo Thi Na, President of the Women's Union of Kon Plong district , the launch of this cooperative aims to help women and young people in Mang Buk village in particular, and Mang But commune in general, to cooperate, support each other in producing goods, link production, and support each other in the consumption of red brown rice products in the area.

In addition, the Cooperative Group also creates opportunities for women and young people to have stable, long-term income and to be equipped with basic knowledge to produce products that ensure food safety and health for consumers.
The funding for this model, nearly 200 million VND, was provided by Plan International in Kon Tum and matching funds from the women members of the cooperative.
