Mr. Cao Thanh Sang is the owner of the illegally constructed villa, spanning over 500 square meters, located in Hamlet 1, Gia An Commune, Tanh Linh District.
This land is not included in any planning or scheme for converting agricultural land to rural residential land.
"The district is determined to strictly handle illegal constructions and will force the formation of an enforcement team if the homeowner does not dismantle them themselves," said a leader of the Tánh Linh District People's Committee.
Reportedly, the enforcement committee, consisting of over 30 members, has drawn up a plan outlining the mandatory enforcement actions.
The Tánh Linh District Police have developed a plan to maintain order and safety during the enforcement process.
Regarding the illegal construction, on August 20th, Tánh Linh district issued a directive ordering the demolition of the violating structure within 10 days (from August 20th to 30th).
The villa is located right on the DT720 road, at the border between Tánh Linh and Đức Linh districts (Bình Thuận province).
The illegally constructed villa complex is now fully developed, including the house, swimming pool, paved courtyard, and numerous trees. The homeowner has requested an extension of time to dismantle the structure until October 20th.
