
The signing is an important step to maximize the strengths of each party: MobiFone's extensive telecommunications infrastructure, rich customer data, and modern digital service platform, combined with SeABank 's strong financial capacity, diverse payment solutions, and advanced digital banking system.
Under this cooperation, SeABank will provide payment and money transfer products and solutions, digital banking infrastructure, and comprehensive financial services to MobiFone and its customers. Conversely, MobiFone will provide telecommunications services, digital solutions, and modern technology platforms to SeABank and its partners. Simultaneously, the two parties will collaborate to develop integrated product packages to meet diverse market needs, such as: payment solutions for businesses and households, consumer finance services deployed on MobiFone's digital applications, promotional packages for telecommunications and finance combos, credit scoring models based on subscriber behavior data, as well as financial and telecommunications products specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and digital generation customers.

In the next phase, both parties agreed to jointly research and develop specialized solutions capable of creating a competitive advantage in the market, while expanding implementation across each party's branch and transaction point network. The strategic cooperation also includes the implementation of co-branded communication programs, integrated marketing campaigns, and a plan to expand awareness of the shared service ecosystem to millions of customers nationwide.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Colonel To Manh Cuong, General Director of MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation, emphasized: “ MobiFone is committed to dedicating its best resources, experienced team of experts, and highest spirit of cooperation to effectively and substantively implement the cooperation contents with SeABank. We believe that, with the unity and determination from both sides, MobiFone and SeABank will together create an exemplary cooperation model, contributing to the strong development of digital finance, digital telecommunications, and national digital transformation in the new era. ”

Speaking at the event, Mr. Le Van Tan – Chairman of the Board of Directors of SeABank – stated: “ Through cooperation with a strategic technology partner with an extensive network like MobiFone, SeABank aims to more effectively reach potential customer segments, especially individual customers and SMEs in areas that are promoting digital transformation. SeABank's digital banking ecosystem, combined with MobiFone's telecommunications and digital data platform, will create a flexible, convenient, and highly personalized integrated service model for customers in the digital economy era. ”

The strategic cooperation agreement between MobiFone and SeABank marks a new step in the convergence of telecommunications technology with digital finance in Vietnam, contributing to expanding access to digital services for the whole society, promoting financial inclusion, and creating a foundation for sustainable development in the digital age.
