At the program, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union presented 500 red scarves and 10 scholarships to students who have overcome difficulties to excel in their studies at Nguyen Hien Secondary School.
In response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, the Organizing Committee also presented the book "50 years of heroic liberation epic" to union and team cadres in Thang Binh district.

Within the framework of the program, many activities also took place such as: Schoolyard performance; inauguration of the "Reading Space" project; dissemination of knowledge, skills and mental health care models for children, and prevention of drowning and injuries.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee awarded the 2025 Stamp Collection and Research Contest with the theme "50 years of Southern Liberation and National Reunification through postage stamps".
