The summary report at the conference stated: In the 2022-2025 period, the Division's youth union and youth movement work always closely followed political tasks, were comprehensively deployed, and achieved many outstanding results. Youth union organizations were regularly consolidated and improved; the content and forms of activities had many innovations and creativity; political and ideological education work was promoted, contributing to improving political capacity, confidence, and sense of responsibility for cadres, union members, and youth.

Revolutionary action movements, especially "Army Youth cultivates morality, trains talent, is proactive, creative, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era", "Creative Youth", "Army Youth join hands to build new countryside" movements were carried out vigorously and effectively.

Over the past three years, the youth of Division 316 has had more than 3,500 cadres, union members and 120 vehicles participating in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, rescue and relief in the Northwestern provinces; participating in more than 600 coordination and twinning activities with local youth organizations; renewing and improving tens of thousands of models and training tools; hundreds of cadres and union members have been commended and rewarded. In the work of building the Youth Union associated with building the Party, the entire Division has trained and introduced more than 1,800 outstanding union members to attend Party awareness classes, and considered admitting 794 comrades into the Communist Party of Vietnam .

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Pham Hong Du praised the outstanding achievements of the youth of Division 316 over the past 3 years, and emphasized: In the coming time, the youth organizations need to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; attach importance to political and ideological education , foster revolutionary ideals, ethics, lifestyle, arouse the desire to contribute, the spirit of vanguard and creativity of cadres and union members. The youth of the Division promote the application of science and technology, digital transformation in youth work; link the youth movement with the implementation of training tasks, combat readiness and building a strong and comprehensive "exemplary and typical" Division.

The conference discussed and agreed on the action program for the Youth Union and youth movement for the period 2025-2030 with the slogan "Aspiration - Pioneer - Solidarity - Creativity - Confidence to enter the new era". On this occasion, Division 316 announced the decision and introduced the delegation to the conference to summarize the Youth Union and youth movement at the Military Region level.
